this is the piece i did in Janette Schuster's "Iconography" class. i just loved this class! i got to sit next my pal Pamela Huntington and we had a great time together. we learned how to transfer an image on to metal and then turn it into our own icon. loved all the possiblities this process brings.
my last class was with Taryn Reece of Navel Jelly Studios. we did a little project altering a child shoe and making it look old. i enjoyed the quiet of this class and just playing. i find this sort of creating very relaxing. Taryn is very talented and has the sweetest husband, Scott, who is there to help out with any possible need. a great team they make.
