the show in progress. Ocean Grove in its day was a big religious town. the auditorium is where they had meetings, concerts, sermons, etc. On sunday, back then, you weren't allowed to drive your car and even today you aren't allowed on the beach until noon (on sundays). there are lots of beautiful victorian houses and many inns and B&B's.
