45 is just around the corner

i wanted to take a picture of my bangs as i am growing them out so that i can wear them "rockabilly style". then of course i took several shots as it is kind of hard to take your own picture and i usually can't tell how the pictures are looking as i am taking them. surprisingly, i actually liked these, so i'm gonna post them and say, i don't look half bad for 45!

self portrait wednesday

okay, i'm a little shy about posting this, but i'm going to do it. guess that's the point of self portaits, right? these are my tattoo's on my back. the chinese characters are for grief and sorrow. the sparrows represent my love of birds, flight (as in traveling/adventure) and the heart is for the boys in my life: jeff, tucker and dillon.
