beach day



yesterday my sister, niece and i took a drive to Carpenteria, a cute little town in between Ventura and Santa Barbara. we found a flea market (of course), walked the little down town main street, hit the beach and then had a nice dinner. the beach was extra low tide and just gorgeous. i picked many cool rocks with holes in them and found the best heart shaped rock. considering how cold it is back home, i'm gonna to really miss this day when i get home.

    Wish I could have been there too! I would so rather walk on the beach than through the snow...

    I see some new jewelry coming up out of the little rocks with holes in them! we collected little seashells last year that had the most perfect little holes. I dont know what ever happen to them though! Nothing beats the beach.. It truely is the ONLY place where I can just sit and honestly relax. Its like my whole body and mind just take a deep sigh and go AHHHHHHHHH. Then Im in heaven. I hope you had a good time. Maybe you should get a kitten when you get home!

    hey kesha ~ did you happen down linden street and see this house ~ http://www.carpinteriacoast.com/vacation_rental_house.html, with a woman (wearing a crown) and a bunch of other people on the porch? this is my friends cottage (she rents.)
    i still haven't been, but it's on my list!
