sad soul

i had a friend who was feeling a little overwhelmed the other day. she was questioning her feelings and trying to figure out what was wrong with her. after reading her blog and then us emailing back and forth a few times, i wrote this poem for her.

Sometimes when our hearts our sad and we ask ourselves, what is wrong? It is the universe telling us that a shift is coming. To identify this change, we look to ourselves to see what it is. What we find is ourselves, only more enlightened and wiser and ready to move on.

speaking of sad souls, please stop by and send comfort and warmth to my friend, Jill, . she had to send her beloved doggie, Otis, over the rainbow yesterday. she is so sad right now.
