I spoke with Glenny today and we were comforting each other by saying that Lee Anne is out of pain. It would have been much nicer to talk about how she was responding to chemo but she is probably teaching angels how to create pretty things, don't you think? My heart goes to David and the family and of course to all of her friends. Hugs from here.
Oh Kecia, I am so sorry to hear about your friend. The two of you look so sweet in that picture ... and she was way too young to leave. My thoughts are with you.
Thank you, thank you and thank you for being such a good friend to Lee - she loved you dearly. You will always be in my heart for what you have given...
I am so sorry about Lee Anne, what a beautiful picture of a beautiful girl. I am really sorry, Kecia. I hope your memories of her will be sweet. xo Lidy
I didn't get to meet Lee Anne in Portland, but I did hear her hearty laugh in the dining room of the Embassy Suite. She looked as though she was in the middle of a group of like-minded souls - including you. I'm sure she felt loved by all.
I am sure it was an honor to have such a wonderful friend-lucky both of you. I am sorry that you have lost someone so dear, but happy that you had such a wonderful time with her.
I'm so sorry for your loss. I hope your happy memories you have of her are a comfort to you now and forever.
ReplyDeleteMy heart really goes out to you Kecia during this time of the loss of your friend. Cyber hugs and kisses - sherry
